ملخص:
العدالة الانتقالية هي مجموعة الآليات والديناميات التي يستخدمها مجتمع ما لتحقيق العدالة في الفترة الانتقالية نحو حكم ديمقراطي وما يتبعه من تعامل مع قضايا انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان.
وباعتبار منظمات المجتمع المدني منظمات مستقلة دورها الدفاع عن حقوق المواطن وفق أسلوب منظم، وضرورة عمل هذه المنظمات لأنها تزود الدولة بالتقارير الموثقة عن الانتهاكات مما سهل عملية التعويض للضحايا ومحاسبة مرتكبي الانتهاكات، إضافة إلى استمرارية عملها أثناء فترة التعويض والمحاسبة كمراقب لعمل الدولة.
من أهم الأدوار التي يمكن لمنظمات المجتمع المدني في هذه المراحل رفع وعي المواطنين للالتزام بالقانون لفتح الباب أمام محاكمات شرعية ذات مصداقية وارتباطها بتطبيق مفهوم العدالة الانتقالية، وبالتالي بروز أهمية المجتمع المدني والدور التكاملي لعمل الدولة وبناء علاقة المواطن-الدولة مبنية على أسس القانون والعدالة والشفافية خصوصا في المرحلة الانتقالية.

Abstract:
Transitional justice is the set of mechanisms and dynamics used by a society in order to achieve justice in the transitional period to democratic governance and its subsequent treatment for human rights violations.
As civil society organizations are independent organizations whose role is to defend the rights of citizens in an organized way, and the need for these organizations to work because they provide the state with documented reports of violations, it facilitates the process of compensation for victims and penalizing perpetrators of violations, in addition to the continuity of its work during the period of compensation and accounting as an observer of the work of the state.
One of the most important roles that civil society organizations can play in these stages is to raise citizens’ awareness of compliance with the law to open the door to credible legal trials and their connection with the application of the concept of transitional justice, and thus the importance of civil society and the complementary role of the state and Building a Citizen – State relationship based on the principles of law, justice and transparency especially in the transitional period.Key words: Transitional Justice, Civil Society, Equity and Reconciliation Commission, Truth and Reconciliation Commission, Truth and Dignity Commission.
